'Baguio City COVID-19 case update'
Baguio city, city of pines, confirms 72 new cases of COVID 19 and 71 recoveries as of March 22, last Monday. 0 deaths were confirmed. 32 were contact traced, 18 expanded tested, 18 symptomatic, and 4 others. Active cases reached 715 (10.29%), with 72 news cases. Recoveries are at 6,117 (88.03%), with another 71 recovered. The death toll has reached 117 (1.68%), none having died recently. In totality, there have been 6,949 cases in Baguio city added up.
970 tests were also conducted at the same day with a total of 141,274 RT-PCR testing done in the city. As of these COVID-19 cases confirmed, 18 barangays on Baguio city were put on lockdown.
